The Journey of Me!

Growing up in the forests of New England I became enamored with the natural world at a young age, particularly in the realm of plant medicine.  I graduated East West College in 2009 with a focus in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Thai Massage. I became a level 2 Reiki practitioner that same year. In 2017 I received advanced Thai Massage training at the Loi Kroh School of Traditional Thai Massage and Yoga, and the Jack Chaiya School of Massage, both in Chiang Mai Thailand. It is my absolute joy to bring these ancient, global healing traditions home to offer my clients deeply tailored treatments in Portland, Oregon.

  • How many total visits do I have for massage? Is the number of visits shared with any other type of care like physical therapy?
