The Journey of Me!
Growing up in the forests of New England I became enamored with the natural world at a young age, particularly in the realm of plant medicine. I graduated East West College in 2009 with a focus in Swedish, Deep Tissue and Thai Massage. I became a level 2 Reiki practitioner that same year. In 2017 I received advanced Thai Massage training at the Loi Kroh School of Traditional Thai Massage and Yoga, and the Jack Chaiya School of Massage, both in Chiang Mai Thailand.
The massage was incredible. It's not easy to find the right balance between therapeutic and relaxing pressure, but Colleen was masterful. She was more than willing to answer any questions I had during the massage and adjusted pressure as requested.

I was impressed with the degree of deep stretch and flexibility that came along with this type of bodywork. It really helped to loosen me up and leave me feeling rejuvenated by the end.

Colleen, within two visits, had everything down pat. I work with computers, so she spends extra time on my hands, neck and head. I also have back problems which she treats with not only massage but with associated stretching. Colleen fully understands the patient's needs and I have recommended her to friends for months, 3 of whom have become regular clients. Run, walk, limp or crawl to her!
